Participation in the 2025 Korea Architecture Fair & Festival…
I Scenes from the 2025 Korea Architecture Fair & Festival (2025 KAFF) Jeongyang SG participated in the 2025 Korea Architecture Fair & Festival (KAFF 2025), where the company had a meaningful opportunity to share the latest technological trends and perspectives on the future of architecture with professionals from Korea’s building industry. The Korea Architecture Fair & Festival (KAFF), organized by the Korea Institute of Registered Architects, is one of Korea’s leading professional architecture exhibitions. It brings together architects, design firms, construction engineers, public institutions, and professionals from related industries to exchange insights on architectural policies, technologies, and industry trends. As a platform highlighting key elements shaping the future of architecture—including zero-energy buildings, green building technologies, and high-performance building materials—KAFF plays an important role in connecting architectural design practice with the construction industry. At this year’s exhibition, Jeongyang SG presented its technological capabilities and application cases, focusing on its structural thermal break product, LBN Modular. LBN Modular structurally addresses thermal bridging caused by discontinuities in insulation at balconies, slabs, canopies, parapets, and other projecting structural elements. By maintaining continuous insulation, it effectively reduces energy loss in buildings.Jeongyang SG’s structural thermal break product has also been selected as a Recommended Building Material by the Korea Institute of Registered Architects, officially recognizing its design reliability and technological excellence. This recognition is particularly meaningful because it verifies the product’s value not merely as a building material, but as a specialized technical solution that enables thermal bridging to be addressed structurally from the initial design stage.Jeongyang SG is leading the development and distribution of core passive technologies that contribute to the realization of Zero Energy Buildings (ZEBs) through improved thermal bridge performance. The company also enhances overall building performance by providing thermal bridge reviews and detailed technical proposals from the early design stage.Through technical exchanges with the architects and industry professionals who visited the Jeongyang SG booth during the exhibition, the company was once again able to confirm the industry’s strong interest in structural thermal bridging and the growing demand for practical applications. The exhibition also provided a valuable opportunity to discuss the role and responsibility of the building industry in creating a sustainable built environment.Guided by the spirit of the Jeongyang Pledge, Jeongyang SG will continue to contribute to achieving a carbon-neutral society and fostering a sustainable architectural culture through continuous research and development and ongoing quality improvement.Jeongyang SG extends its sincere gratitude to everyone who visited and supported the company’s booth throughout the exhibition.▼ Watch the Related VideoTechnical Seminar Video I https://www.youtube.com/shorts/RAlDzWn-vM0Exhibition Highlights Video I https://youtube.com/shorts/H_p3afKUaUE ▼ Read the Related Blog Posthttps://blog.naver.com/lbnmodular/224113220239
