Project Name : Samsung C&T Raemian NEXT HOME, KoreaProduct Applied : LBN Modular® Structural System: Precast Concrete (PC)-Samsung C&T’s Raemian NEXT HOME is a residential testbed designed to evaluate next-generation housing technologies. At this project, the cantilevered balconies were designed using precast concrete (PC) construction and built with concrete parapets. Project Name : SH Godeok-Gangil Zero-Energy Building Grade 3 Apartment Complex, Korea Product Applied : LBN Modular® Parapet TypeApplication Scope: All Apartment Buildings in the Complex-This project is the first mid- to high-rise apartment complex with more than 500 households in Korea to achieve Zero Energy Building (ZEB) Grade 3 certification.
