This project is the first mid- to high-rise apartment complex with more than 500 households in Korea to achieve Zero Energy Building (ZEB) Grade 3 certification. It incorporates high-performance building envelope design and a range of energy-saving technologies.

To reduce structural thermal bridging at the rooftop parapets and maintain insulation continuity, LBN Modular® Parapet Type was applied to all apartment buildings in the complex.
