Samsung C&T’s Raemian NEXT HOME is a residential testbed designed to evaluate next-generation housing technologies. At this project, the cantilevered balconies were designed using precast concrete (PC) construction and built with concrete parapets. A gap was provided between the parapets and the main building structure to accommodate insulation.
